As mental health therapists we are held to a code of ethics that includes beneficence – to do good, and non-maleficence– to do no harm.  Through a series of creative exercises professionals will explore areas of vulnerability that we face when entering sacred therapeutic relationships with clients.

We will examine examples of boundary crossings and boundary violations and their impact on client and therapist.  Professionals will increase self-awareness of their own intimacy needs and necessity for life balance in order to effectively hold the sacred space for their clients. This is an ethics workshop seen both from the perspective of professional requirement and sacred calling.
